Donna Williams enjoys playing piano in a wide range of styles and genres ranging from jazz to pop, musical theatre and classical. She studied classical and jazz piano in Edmonton where she began her work in collaborative playing, private teaching and performance. While pursuing a business career over a ten year period, Donna continued to work with soloists and choral groups in Regina and Calgary.
For the last 24 years, Donna has been actively working in the Calgary music community as a performer, collaborative pianist and vocal coach. She currently plays for vocalists, instrumentalists and choral groups in many performance settings. Donna has worked as a collaborative accompanist with soloists as well as within several private music studios, Mt. Royal Vocal Academy, various choral groups, and Calgary schools. For many years, Donna has also worked as a church musician in the roles of choral/instrumental director and accompanist.
